Originally from Northern Germany, Iris resides now with her husband and two spoiled dogs, in the Metro Phoenix area. Her passion is to chase the light, finding beauty in the concrete jungle in the Metro Phoenix area. Although salt-water is still running through Iris' veins, she has become accustomed to the beauty in the desert. Iris enjoys equipping her Canon camera with her Tamron macro lens or with various Lensbaby optics to create fine art images. She also greatly enjoys photographing food, and Iris dreams of photographing some famous chefs in their restaurants.
