I am a photographer and a mum of two kids from Sydney, Australia. You will most often find me with a camera in my hand or nearby documenting moments from our daily life. My business is called Tiny Sparrow Photography specialising in photographing family, maternity, newborns and dancers. To me sparrows are a reminder of how valuable each life is. Each memory, no matter how small is worth capturing and being tenderly held as a work of art. Art that can be displayed, to speak to you every time you look at it, speaking to you of who you are or what your story is or just something that makes you smile and bubble over with joy and hope. Being able to capture the precious stages of life is something I value so highly. I photograph in a lifestyle and storytelling way to capture real emotion and connection. I also love to make fine art portraits using creative techniques such as multiple exposures, reflections, pockets of light and shadows. I am passionate about creating art that brings hope and shows beauty. There are enough voices and messages in our daily lives that tell us we are not succeeding or meeting the standard. My vision for these fine art portraits is to create pictures that speak of who you are and lift you up. My hope is that the layers of light and colour speak to your heart and evoke emotion in ways that words alone cannot.
