My friend proudly shows me some of the eggs his bantam hens are laying. There was very little light, but I loved the way the light bounced off the fresh eggs in his rough, hard working hands.
Gretchen Yost is a documentary and fine art photographer based in the small, mountain community of Pinedale, Wyoming. Gretchen is drawn to documenting the art of childhood, especially as lived by her two girls, in the big, wild country of Wyoming. Although she's had a camera in her hand since age 9, Gretchen also enjoys camping, hiking, coffee, backpacking, skiing, wine, fishing, hunting, knitting, sewing and reading, especially with her kids.
