Hi I’m Rachel - a mother, photographer and visitor experiences professional based in the Lake District, in the north of England. I’m originally from Northumberland and still (almost) accidentally call it home, so we spend a lot of time there too. A day out for me is never just a day out. It’s an opportunity to connect with my family, but also with a place, a story, or a little bit of myself. I’m interested in how that connection happens, so I photograph and share it with you.
